Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your clothing or shoes must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must not show any signs of wear, stains, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are exempt from returns:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Worn, washed, or altered clothing.
- Used footwear.
- Intimate apparel or sanitary goods (e.g., socks, underwear, swimwear).
- Gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may grant a partial refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of days for the credit to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at {email address} and mail your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: help@canadagoose.com.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
